The First Meeting
The first thing we do at Doggone is meet you and your pets in your home so we can all get to know and trust each other and decide on the best type of service for you and your pets.
At this meeting we will fill in a Client Questionnaire to make certain we have all the information we need to give you the best service we can and ensure the safety of your pets. (click here to view the questionnaire) To save time at the first meeting you can print the questionnaire now or you can complete the Booking Request and submit online.
At this first meeting please have any essential information you would want us to know including emergency contact details, your Veterinarian and any keys necessary to gain access to service your pets.
There is a simple Service Agreement (click here to view agreement) to sign before services start.
